We're a small team, which means everyone jumps in and does whatever needs to be done. We make our popcorn in small batches, dream up new flavors together, and have a lot of fun creating something we're proud to share with Kalamazoo and beyond.
Through all the popping, mixing, experimenting, and growing, the heart of Pop City has stayed the same: family, community, and really good popcorn.
We're grateful to be part of Downtown Kalamazoo and even more grateful that our family gets to make popcorn for yours.

For our family, Pop City has always been about more than gourmet popcorn. We want it to be a place where memories are made, whether it's a family stopping in after dinner, visitors discovering us for the first time, or regular customers we've come to know by name.
Family is at the center of everything we do. We have nine kids seven daughters and two sons and every one of them has worked in the shop.
They've popped, cheesed, caramelized, drizzled, bagged, sold, delivered, cleaned, hauled and probably taste-tested more popcorn than they'd care to admit.
Around here, everybody pitches in.
For us, it’s never been just about popcorn. It’s about family, community, and creating something people love.
